Trust and control

Understand the tools you rely on

Choosing business software means understanding what it does, who can use it, and how it affects your information. We want those questions to be part of the product conversation from the beginning.

  • Clear product scope

CentralBlock products are at different stages. Ask which features are available, which connections have been validated, and what remains in development for the workflow you need.

  • Access for the people doing the work

Discuss who should access each product, what responsibilities they have, and which account controls are available in the current setup. Product access may be separate while shared capabilities develop.

  • Understand automated actions

Before using an automation, clarify what starts it, what information it uses, and what action it can take. Review is particularly important where customer communication or financial records are involved.

  • Financial information needs validation

FinanceBlock setups should be checked against the underlying records and the systems responsible for them. Confirm imports, comparisons, and reports before using them as the basis for operational decisions.

Your requirements

Ask about your requirements

If your business has requirements for data access, backups, retention, export, or security documentation, include them in your setup discussion. Controls and documentation should be confirmed for the specific product you plan to use.

Questions worth bringing to the conversation

  • Who in my team can see and change each kind of record?
  • How do I export my data, and in what format?
  • What is backed up, how often, and how is it restored?
  • How long is data kept after I stop using a product?
  • Which automations can contact a customer or change a financial record, and who reviews them?
  • Which connections have been validated for my records?

Inquiries, not orders

Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create an account, place an order, or start a subscription.
