What we collect and why
Information you send us through a form
When you use the contact, support, or request access forms, we collect what you type: your name, email address, company, team size, the product and topic you select, and your message. Optional fields on the request access form include your website and the software you use today. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss product availability and setup, and provide support. The legal basis, where one is required, is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated, or the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you.
Submitting a form does not create an account, place an order, or start a subscription.
Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working. When a form is submitted, we record the time and the IP address it came from to help detect automated abuse.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this website do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and the site does not use third-party analytics services. When you sign in to CRMBlock or FinanceBlock, that product sets a session cookie scoped to its own path so you stay signed in. See the cookie preferences page for the current position.
Signing in to a Block
The sign-in form at centralblock.info/login sends your email address and password directly to the Block you choose (CRMBlock at /crm or FinanceBlock at /finance), over HTTPS. Your password is verified by that product and is not stored by the website. Information you work with inside a Block is handled under that product's own terms and privacy information.
Who receives your information
- Hosting. The site and its form handler run on infrastructure provided by Hostinger. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and may be stored in a submission log on that infrastructure.
- Email. Replies to your inquiry are sent from our business email service.
- No sale of data. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share form submissions with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and support submissions for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on the conversation you started, and afterwards for 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To make a request, email shtereb@me.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top of the page.
